根据国家规定，在中国境内依法注册或者登记的用人单位依法招用的外国人，或与境外雇主订立雇佣合同后被派遣到在中国境内注册或者登记的分支机构、代表机构工作的外国人，应当依法参加职工基本养老保险、职工基本医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险和生育保险，由用人单位和本人按照规定缴纳社会保险费。

如若外国员工刚刚办好《外国人工作许可证》，应当自这名外国人的工作许可证签发之日起30日内为其及时办理参保登记手续。

2.办理过程中所需材料根据不同情形，另需分别携带以下材料：

办理过程中分一下几种情形

In the process , there are several situations

1.符合办理规定，办理机构出具《核定表》。

2.材料不全且表示可补全材料，办理机构出具《受理情况回执》。

If the materials are incomplete and it is indicated that the materials can be supplemented, the handling agency will issue a Receipt of Acceptance.

3.不符合办理规定，办理机构出具《办理情况回执》。

If the handling regulations are not met, the handling agency will issue a Receipt of Handling Status.
